Dr. Navnath Hatvate is an assistant professor at the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, Marathwada Campus, Jalna. He holds a Master of Pharmacy and a Ph.D. from the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technology at the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai. He has 12 years of research and 6 years of teaching experience. Dr. Hatvate has published over 50 research publications and authored 4 books in international journals. He serves as an editorial board member for Scientific Reports and Discover Pharmaceutical Sciences. (Nature Publishing). A. K. Haghi is a retired professor who holds a BSc in urban and environmental engineering from the University of North Carolina (USA) and holds two MSc degrees, one in mechanical engineering from North Carolina State University (USA) and another one in applied mechanics, acoustics, and materials from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne (France). He was awarded a PhD in engineering sciences at Université de Franche-Comté (France). Professor Haghi's extensive educational background and supervisory roles underscore his expertise and contributions to the field of engineering sciences. He is appointed as Honorary Research Associate (HRA) at University of Coimbra, Portugal. He is a regular reviewer of leading international journals. Pedro Aguilar-Zárate, PhD, is Professor at the National Technological Institute of Mexico, Technological Institute of Ciudad Valles, Mexico. He earned his PhD degree in Food Science and Technology at Autonomous University of Coahuila, Mexico. His research focuses on the development of bioprocesses for the extraction and purification of secondary plant metabolites, the development of microbial fermentations in solid and liquid media to produce metabolites of industrial interest, and the study of protein-polyphenols interactions. Reyed M. Reyed is an Associate Professor of Microbial Biotechnology at the Bioprocess Development Department, Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology Research Institute (GEBRI), SRTA-City, Egypt. His research focuses on the microbial biotechnology, nutritional human gut microbiome, food safety, water treatment, computational enzymology, genomics, and probiotics microbiology. Dr. Muhammad Shahzad Aslam is currently working in the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Xiamen University Malaysia. He is recognized as a 1% top reviewer according to Web of Science in 2017, 2018 and 2019 in multidisciplinary, cross-disciplinary, and clinical medicine fields, respectively. He has served as honorary academic editor in several journals and has more than 8 years of experience in peer review and academic editing. |
