Bob Sornson is an award-winning author that include titles such as Juice Box Bully and Stand In My Shoes. He is also an nternational consultant whose work focuses on competency based learning, early learning success, and parent engagement. He works internationally with school districts, universities and parent organizations. In 2001 he founded the Early Learning Foundation, dedicated to giving all kids a chance to become successful learners for life.

Tonja Howard is the co-author with Bob Sornson of Grumpy or Grateful and Eili and Ozzy, part of the Virtues and Values Series. A Positive Parenting advocate, she's active in parenting education and co-owns A Safe Pool with her husband, Jason, promoting water safety nationwide. She also partners with Michael Phelps and his Foundation to raise awareness about water safety and mental health.
