Naomi Gingerich is the owner of Louie & Honey's Kitchen, a bake shop in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and a passionate food writer. Raised on a dairy farm in Ohio's Amish country, Naomi grew up savoring her mother's exceptional baking and treasured family recipes passed down through generations. A former Mennonite, Naomi weaves tradition and creativity into her work, featuring over 200 authentic Amish and Mennonite recipes in Amish Baking Cookbook. With her husband, she raised three children, and now she brings the flavors and stories of her heritage to life for the community at Louie & Honey's Kitchen.
