I give here the ancient tantra methods which give you the more senses to your life, consisting of six practices which give you more knowledge about your body, mind, and soul. If you are clearly understanding your total body then you will move further more. If you need to find your own freedom or highness or Enlightenment I will show the ways. Every human strives for a higher level of human being that is called enlightenment. If you practice these methods you will not need any guide or any gurus, or anyone. You are becoming your own master. The sense of smell is one of the most important things in the human nature. If we loose this sense we will loose lot of things. If we use the sense of smell we are gaining a lot of things. But people do not use these things fully. If you use your sense of smell, you will find another dimension. Basically this smell was huge, but we take here some qualities that are very important to the nature of our biological body, and reinforce the nature of the biological body or give another dimension. We take these smells: soft smell, medium smell, pungent smell, bitter smell.
