In our busy world, it can be hard to switch off your brain to go to sleep, and this can be particularly true for children. This book is designed for those children whose brains are busy whirring away, and who could benefit from some gentle strategies to help them wind down.
By itself, the story gives some helpful ideas for quietening down busy minds, and there follows more detailed information on techniques that have been proven to effectively help children (and grown-ups) find a little calm and stillness as they settle down to sleep.
