Zusammenfassung

This volume explores the ancient wisdom teachings of "Neter Merri," the Ancient Egyptian philosophy of Divine Love, and its application for self-transformation. Love, a powerful human emotion, unifies the individual with the Divine. When love is diminished by ego, this connection is lost. Neter Merri guides individuals back to their Divine essence, revealing their innate, immortal nature. This book outlines the transformative journey from ordinary consciousness to cosmic consciousness through the practice of Devotional Love. Have you ever considered how Ancient Egyptian spiritual wisdom can enhance your life today? "The Path of Divine Love" by Muata Ashby offers an enlightening exploration of Kemetic spirituality, revealing timeless teachings relevant to modern seekers. The book emphasizes the significance of Divine Love ("Neter Merri"), intertwining devotion and wisdom, and asserting that true spiritual growth requires both understanding and heartfelt commitment. Key themes include devotion to the Divine, the transformative power of meditation, and the pursuit of spiritual purity. The primary category is spirituality, with subcategories such as Egyptian Philosophy, Eastern Philosophy, Esoterism, Meditation, and Self-Help. The core message is that embracing Divine Love principles leads to spiritual enlightenment and inner peace, addressing modern spiritual disconnection with ancient wisdom as a remedy. Target Audience: This book appeals to those interested in spirituality, ancient wisdom, and personal growth, particularly readers seeking deeper meaning and a connection to their higher selves. It engages individuals with an interest in Ancient Egyptian culture, meditation practices, and holistic healing, making it accessible for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. Muata Ashby, the author, holds degrees in Religion and Holistic Healing and is a recognized teacher of Yoga Philosophy. His credibility is enhanced by his role as the founder of the Sema Institute, dedicated to spreading spiritual teachings. Summary: The book uniquely integrates ancient Kemetic wisdom with practical applications for contemporary life, providing an overview of the Neterian religion, the spiritual traditions of Ancient Kamit, and the philosophy of Sema Tawi (Egyptian Yoga). It includes a summary of the Ancient Egyptian Myth of Asar (Osiris), illustrating the relationship between myth and spiritual practice. Readers will gain insights into meditation techniques, devotional rituals, and the cultivation of spiritual strength. The teachings of Shetaut Neter are presented in an accessible manner, emphasizing the experience of superconsciousness and spiritual awakening. Practical Applications: The book offers practical guidance for personal growth, fostering inner peace, spiritual strength, and deeper connections with the Divine. Embracing Divine Love can purify the heart, awaken self-wisdom, and lead to spiritual enlightenment. It also highlights skills gained through Egyptian Yoga, including meditation, right action, and dispassion. Key themes include Ancient Egyptian spirituality, Kemetic wisdom, Egyptian metaphysics, and Esoteric Egypt. The book explores hieroglyphic symbolism, the significance of temples and tombs, and the teachings of gods and goddesses. Additionally, it delves into Hermetic philosophy, cosmology, sacred geometry, and afterlife beliefs. Are you ready for a journey of spiritual transformation? "The Path of Divine Love" invites you to explore your soul and connect with the Divine. Embrace Muata Ashby's teachings and unlock the secrets to spiritual enlightenment. Dr. Muata Ashby began studies in the area of religion and philosophy and achieved a doctorate degree in these areas while at the same time he began to collect his research into what would later become several books on the subject of the African History, religion and ethics, world mythology, origins of Yoga Philosophy and practice in ancient Africa (Ancient Egypt/Nubia) and also the origins of Christianity in Ancient Egypt. This was the catalyst for a successful book series on the subject called "Egyptian Yoga" begun in 1994. He has extensively studied mystical religious traditions from around the world and is an accomplished lecturer, musician, artist, poet, painter, screenwriter, playwright and author of over 65 books on yoga philosophy, religious philosophy and social philosophy based on ancient African principles. A leading advocate of the concept of the existence of advanced social and religious philosophy in ancient Africa comparable to the Eastern traditions such as Vedanta, Buddhism, Confucianism and Taoism, he has lectured and written extensively on the correlations of these with ancient African religion and philosophy.

Muata Abhaya Ashby holds a Doctor of Divinity Degree from the American Institute of Holistic Theology and a Masters degree in Liberal Arts and Religious Studies from Thomas Edison State College. He has performed extensive researched Ancient Egyptian philosophy and social order as well as Maat philosophy, the ethical foundation of Ancient Egyptian society.

Dr. Ashby has been an independent researcher and practitioner of Egyptian Yoga, Indian Yoga, Chinese Yoga, Buddhism and mystical psychology as well as Christian Mysticism. Dr. Ashby has engaged in Post Graduate research in advanced Jnana, Bhakti and Kundalini Yogas at the Yoga Research Foundation.

Since 1999 he has researched Ancient Egyptian musical theory and created a series of musical compositions which explore this unique area of music from ancient Africa and its connection to world music. Dr. Ashby has lectured around the United States of America, Europe and Africa.

In recent years he has researched the world economy in the last 300 years, focusing on the United States of America and western culture in general. He is also a Teacher of Yoga Philosophy and Discipline. Dr. Ashby is an adjunct professor at the American Institute of Holistic Theology and worked as an adjunct professor at the Florida International University.
In the last two years with the reorganization of the Kemet University and the introduction of the Egyptian Mystery School along with a tailored learning system making use of the Ancient Egyptian Temple teaching elements along with modern technologies Dr. Ashby has engendered a new phase of dissemination of the teachings introducing a new dynamism to the books as well as the live lectures given over the last 25 years.
Currently he is focusing on projects related to the temples of Aset and of Asar, doing detailed photographic work and presenting new original translations of the related hieroglyphic scriptures while teaching those through the Kemet University Egyptian Mystery School online and through in person seminars and conferences.
