Serving Policeman Hywel Griffiths, who suffers from Parkinson's Disease, started to write poems in response to people coming into the office everyday complaining about trivialities. Rather than shouting "Get a Life" - Hywel thought that poetry might encourage them to see life from a different perspective.
These poems illustrate what can be achieved simply through a positive outlook and they convey a zest and love for life even when suffering from a debilitating illness such as Parkinson's.
